Preface
Before reading the EGT “Code of Air” document you need to understand what this document truly does. This document describes all legal violations you can be prosecuted or fined for (including fine amount), please understand the purpose of this document is to provide EGT clients and users safe entertainment. In no way is this document designed to fine you, there are terms in here which allow you to reverse any fine at the discretion of Authorized Personal as indicated below. We wish our clients and users to enjoy their experience with EGT and its partners.

Please note, the Preface and this sentence is not a part of the legal document below.

The “Code of Air”

This document describes the agreement to all users, clients, friends, family, employees, agents, commercial entities, affiliates, and related people to EGT (collectively “Personal” or “Second Party”); and the restrictions on all content and substance(s) placed, observed, used, downloaded, accessed, viewed, touched, utilized, and the like that are the property of EGT or inferred property of EGT by this agreement (collectively Material). This document is not a complete definition and may be subject to change, with full modifiable rights by Justin Kenneth Kazmierczak on the behalf of EGT, or any persons authorized by Justin Kenneth Kazmierczak or authorized by an already authorized person by Justin Kenneth Kazmierczak (collectively Authorized Personal).

It is the responsibility of all referenced Personal bound to this agreement to view or access this agreement before accessing any EGT product, service, site, referenced material,  broadcasts, videos, digital copies, written work, authorized work, sponsored work, and other content (collectively as EGT Content and a part of the definition of Material) including partner related content.  This agreement can be modified at anytime, without any notice, without any warning, and without any agreement.

EGT Master Account

1. No user shall intentionally have more than one Master Account regardless of the number of other services a user has. No user shall use a credit card number already provided under another Master Account; regardless of the service the number is referenced.
2. No user shall willingly provide false information regarding the billing profile of an EGT Master Account, any attempts to do so will be considered a violation of trust and this document.
3. No user fined by this document, with a remaining balance, may use their EGT Master Account on any service, except for placing payment against the fine.
4. No service provider shall mimic the EGT Master Account, in anyway. Any party found in violation of this term will be subject to legal action.
5. No service provider may collect the user name of an EGT Master Account, without a valid API license, registered to the service domain. Any domain in violation shall be issued a fine and subject to legal action.
6. No service using an EGT Master Account shall ask for a Credit Card Number, instead the service may only use the information provided by the EGT Master Account API.
7. No service shall ask for a user to Sign in to an EGT Master Account and a third party payment service, that service will be subject to legal action and API suspended.

Point of Sale

All Materials downloadable, sold, observed, handled, controlled, borrowed, used, utilized, installed, acquired, licensed and the like (collectively “Items”) may not be used in any way to harm Personal and related parties.

All Items acquired by Personal may be resold, bought, purchased, transferred, or traded for anther service, product, or Item but may not be claimed by the previous Personal who sold, gave away, traded, moved, or transferred Item unless Item is acquired through a resale, purchase, transference, trade, give away, or the like with acknowledged permission in writing from both related parties.

All fines acquired by this document charged to Personal cannot be accessed, transferred, traded, purchased, sold, acquired, or moved in any agreement between one Personal and any referenced party or unreferenced party.

Services

All users, registered or unregistered, may have access to any EGT Service or partner Service that does not break the Code of Air terms and related agreements. However a user may be removed without notice or provocation and without reason at any time. A user may be banned from re-registering without notice or provocation and without reason at any time.

Any content created for the use of or on an EGT Service or partner Service or content created by an EGT Service or by a partner Service is protected by this Code of Air. The content is not limited but may be described with the same definition as Items and includes (without limitation) uploaded pictures, audio files, documents, ideas, stories, scripts, photographs, artwork and the like. This content is then the legal property of its creator and EGT and may not be used without prior consent by the creator.Where content contains EGT trademark logos, content, and affiliated items, you must get written permission by EGT and Personal. Any failure to adhere to these terms will result in fine and removal of protect content from unauthorized use.

Anyone observing, viewing, controlling, handling, manipulating, touching, attaching to another material, referencing, and the like, any protected content immediately agrees to adhere to the Code of Air and the related terms.

Modifications of Games

All modifications of any game owned by EGT must adhere to the Code of Air or the user is no longer protected by the Code of Air and the modification may not be sold, used, or given to anyone that is not the owner of the modification. The owner may receive a fine from the Code of Air depending on the content of the modification and under the discretion of Personal.

Chat

All Users (registered and non registered users) may not discuss content that will be offensive to other players or considered immoral by Personal. All users are to refrain from discussing adult content, sexual related content, satanic content, violence and profanity (that is unrelated to role play), spam, schemes, and anything that may be offensive to the discretion of Personal. Any failure to adhere to this statement may result in a fine and/or dismissal of chat room or game at the discretion of Personal without limitation to other Code of Air terms and related agreements.

Licenses and Licensing

All licenses acquired by Personal may not be transferred to another Personal and kept by the original Personal. Each license granted by Personal is only worth one License and (without limitation to this agreement) is protected by its “License Agreement.”

All licenses observed, controlled, found, sought after, touched, viewed, used, utilized, and the like are found to be an invalid license the Personal may be fined according to this document at the discretion of EGT related Personal.

Code of Air Ranking:

All material referenced by this agreement or another agreement by a Personal referencing a Personal is protected by this agreement. Any material shown, observed, viewed, controlled, handled, manipulated, touched, felt, attached to another material, referenced, and the like to a EGT related Personal or for viewing by Personal (collectively as “Material Shown” may not contain any adult content, obscenity, vulgar, rude humor, valance, immoral thought, immoral actions, unnatural sexual orientation, any religious content that may lead to violence, any historical accounts turned into fiction for the use of manipulation and the like, any lie or fictions statement containing or pertaining to a historical event in history, any rumors that may be harmful to Personal, news that may be harmful to more than one hundred Personal and less than one thousand personal unless each situation is an immediate life-threatening and endangering situation, speech that is contradictory to its own nature, and the like (collectively as “Unwanted Material”).

If Unwanted Material is found to be in any Material Shown a “score” is to be calculated on the Item or Material Shown in question as according to this agreement.

For each fraction (occurrence of Unwanted Material) a point will be added the Item score or Material Shown score.

As pertaining to movies, film, audio, digital movies, digital audio, analog based video, digital video, analog based audio, or Item that has length of time to it, with each fraction only one fraction can be found and counted into the score per a one minute period of time.

As pertaining to art, pictures, digital art, digital pictures, viewing’s, banners, statues, and the like with each fraction only one fraction can be found and counted into the score per 5% of the items total height and width not including any third or other dimension where measurable.

IF ANY ITEM OR MATERIAL SHOWN EXCEEDS A RANKING OF 30 THE AUTHOR IS FINED AND THE ITEM OR MATERIAL SHOWN IS REMOVED FROM EGT AND NO LONGER PROTECTED BY THIS AGREEMENT.

Exceptions by story line:

A piece of work with a Code of Air ranking can be made exempted to parts of its rating depending on the views expressed by the Material and the views of its creator. If a violation can be proven to be important and required to explaining or showing its purpose of the Material that violation is exempt at the discretion of Authorized Personal may make this decision.

Fines

No fine charged by this document shall exceed $100000 United States Dollars for one offence. In the case of multiple offenses and violations one fine may be granted per violation except when the offence comes from the “All Material Section” when applying to the same Material (these offences are considered as one violation and one offence). No fine charged by this document shall be lower than $75 United States Currency (USD).

Without limitation of this document any Personal whose total amount of fines and fees charged by this document that is greater than $100000 United States Dollars shall no longer be protected by this agreement and no longer be able to be licensed by EGT related Personal, unless where prohibited.

Any fine charged by this document that exceeds the time period of seven years is removed.

Any fine charged by this document may not affect “Credit” or a “Credit Score” by any “Credit” company(or union) and shall not be reported to a “Credit” company (or union) in any way, shape, or form.

EGT Ownership

All Personal agree by this agreement that EGT, EGTv, EGT Worlds, “Entertainment for a Greater Tomorrow” (all cases), the Domains (4egtv.net, egtworlds.com, thesealportal.com, personja.com, and the related domains), all EGT branded Items, and any Item referenced in theory from Justin Kenneth Kazmierczak (or any Personal), and EGT is the express and sole property of Justin Kenneth Kazmierczak( and any legal founder of EGT). All trademarks (registered or not registered), is the property of Justin Kenneth Kazmierczak (and any legal founder of EGT) since July of 2001. All content on an EGT branded Item or in an EGT branded Item is the property of Justin Kenneth Kazmierczak (and any legal founder of EGT).

Loop Holes

IT IS UNLAWFUL AND NOT ALLOWED BY THIS AGREEMENT TO COMMENT OR USE (PUBLICLY OR PRIVATELY) ANY LOOP HOLE IN FUTURE OR PRESENT TO INFRINGE OR LEGALLY BIND EGT TO ANY PROSECUTION, SUGGESTION, THOUGHT, FILE, NOT A REFERENCED ITEM, OR TO TAKE LEGAL ACTION TOWARDS EGT, AND ITS PARTNERS.

Let it be known that any party reading or inquiring about the “Code of Air” automatically agrees to this agreement and becomes part of the Personal restricted and protected by this agreement. Any Personal attempts to find or search for a loop hole may be fined at the discretion of EGT related Personal.

Violation

Any violation of this agreement that results in a fine, suspends any service referenced in the fine until the fine has been paid or reversed. In case of Legal Issues with Legal Entities, this contract does not permit a Legal Entity to reverse a fine or cause the user who must pay the fine to not pay the fine in full. THIS DOCUMENT IS MADE AS A LEGALLY BINDING AGREEMENT BETWEEN THE LEGAL ENTITY, EGT, AND THE PERSONAL.

Definitions

“Unnatural” refers to all things that may not occur in our universe.

Unless otherwise specified, the terms “include(s)”, “including”, “e.g.,”, “for example”, and other similar terms are deemed to include the term “without limitation” immediately thereafter. Terms used in this document with the initial letter(s) capitalized will have the meaning attributed to them in this document.

Legality

This document is a legal document, subject to change by authorized personal as described in this document.

It is the right of all parties to discuss and ask for an amendment to this document (without guarantee) for a more logical protection and growth of EGT.

Any amendment to this document must be authorized by Authorized Personal.

Privacy Policies

All users agree to have read and understood any and all EGT service(s) Privacy Policies, or any partner service(s). You agree to the terms contained in the document and are subject to the fines of this document.

TOS and TOU

All users agree to have read and understood any and all TOS (Terms of Service) and TOU (Terms of Use) and agree to be bound by them.

List of Fines and Costs

• Code of Air score above 30 – $345 per one hundred thousand viewers, minimum of $345.
• Illegal use of chat – warning and temporary ban. If Personal believe this illegal use can result into the harm of other parties offense will follow “Illegal use of service” fines.
• Violation of EGT Master Account Term 1. (first offense) – User accounts shall be merged, user shall be warned.
• Violation of EGT Master Account Term 1. (second offense) – User accounts shall be merged, user shall be warned, and fined agreed minimum.
• Violation of EGT Master Account Term 1. (third offense) – User accounts shall be merged, user shall be warned, user account suspended for 7 days, and fined agreed minimum.
• Violation of EGT Master Account Term 1. (forth offense) – User accounts shall be merged, and user shall be suspended pending a Legal Review.
• Ownership Violation (first offense) – Fine $120 USD to $3500 USD.
• Ownership Violation (second offense) – Fine $1500 to $5500 USD.
• Ownership Violation (third offense) – Fine Maximum and Legal Prosecution.
• Other Violation (first offense) – user shall be warned.
• Other Violation (second offense) – user shall be warned by Postal Mail, unless address is not available or not confirmed.
• Other Violation (third offense) – user shall be warned by phone, unless phone number is not available or not confirmed.
• Other Violation (forth offense) – user shall be warned and fined agreed minim.
• Other Violation (fifth offense) – user shall be warned and fined twice the amount of the agreed minimum.
• Other Violation (sixth offense) – user shall be warned, fined twice the amount of the agreed minimum, and the user shall submit to a Legal Review.
• Other Violation (seventh offense) – subject to legal action.

General Warning

A General Warning or other unspecified warning shall be a small notification of term broke through a registered e-mail or other available contact information. A user will not receive a warning more than once for one offense.

Legal Review

A user that is asked to submit to a legal review shall be prohibited from the service until the Legal Review has been made.

A legal review is a session where the user will need to have a legally authorized person on their behalf (or themselves) come to a meeting (phone call, or actual meeting) with an authorized Personal who shall discuss the terms of the EGT Code of Air and/or the service agreement(s). When meeting has adjured user will be fined the agreed minimum and suspension revealed, unless an associated fine has not yet been paid.

Fine Review

A user can ask for a review of a fine or a reversal of a fine. The user may contact EGT in regards to the fine and at the discretion of Authorized Personal shall the fine be reversed. No legal action or fine shall be attributed to a user as the result of the user contacting EGT for the purpose of requesting a Fine Review.

No fine is except from this review, unless there is legal action required by this document.

Ownership Violation
Any user, or Personal, claiming rights to a piece of work, domain, service, product, and Material that EGT or an EGT user owns will be fined according to the terms above. Any repeat offenders are subject to legal action and or prosecution by the fullest extent of the law.

Legal Action

If this document requires legal action, the Personal shall be contacted first and an agreement is to be made by the user and an Authorized Personal. If contact cannot be made, unsuccessful, or no agreement could be reached legal action will be sought out. Legal Action may be a formal law suit for damages or other reasons for more or less than the agreed maximum, legal prosecution, and or legal penance for any damage.

ALL TERMS IN THIS DOCUMENT ARE SUBJECT TO THE DISCRETION OF AUTHORIZED PERSONAL. NO OTHER PARTY MAY PROSECUTE OR REQUIRE LEGAL ACTION OF ANYONE IN REGARD TO THE CODE OF AIR EXCEPT FOR AUTHORIZED PERSONAL, EGT, AND EGT PARTNERS.
